Sustanon 250, which is also known as Dura-Testin and Sostenon, is one of the highly recommended anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs to treat deficiency of testosterone and promoting muscle mass and body strength.

The molecular formula of Sustanon is C19H28O2 and it can be detected over a period of 2-3 months. It has the chemical name of 17ß-hydroxyandrost-4-en-3-one and an active life of approximately 2-3 weeks. A blend of four components of testosterone–testosterone propionate 30 mg, testosterone decanoate 100 mg, testosterone phenylpropionate 60 mg, and testosterone isocaproate 60 mg (the total amount of testosterone per mL is 176mg); It includes 100 mg benzyl alcohol per mL solution and should never be given to premature babies or neonates.

Sustanon is useful in developing and maintaining reproductive tissues such as prostate, epididymis, seminal vesicles, testes, and penis even at low dosages. Each of the four compounds of testosterone is released gradually at different time intervals and reacts in a very positive manner together. This means that users admiring the anabolic steroids are relieved from pain at injection sites and the associated swelling. Medically, Sustanon 250 is recommended to patients opting for testosterone replacement therapy and treating medical complications wherein oxygen carrying capacity of the body is to be enhanced. Sportsmen admire this drug for its unique abilities to promote muscle function, muscle size, body strength, protein synthesis, performance, stamina, red blood cell production, and nitrogen retention besides promoting the count of red blood cells and well being. It is medically recommended to treat hypogonadal men and helps them by improving plasma concentrations of testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, oestradiol (estrogen hormone), and androstenedione.

Sustanon use is also associated with decrease of SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin). With use of the steroid, the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) are restored to the normal range and hypogonadal men get benefited through improvement of testosterone deficiency symptoms and administration of the steroid is also associated with dramatic increases in terms of lean body mass and bone mineral density and reductions in the level of body fat mass. If that was not all, Sustanon users also report improvements in the level of sexual function, such as libido and erectile function. Male users also report reductions in serum LDL-C, HDL-C, and triglycerides besides experiencing improvements in levels of hemoglobin and Hematocrit, with no reported clinically relevant changes in liver enzymes and PSA.

One of the biggest advantages of this anabolic steroid is that its use does not cause formation of excess estrogens, which means that it can even be used by those having a history of excess estrogen formation after using anabolic steroids and performance enhancing drugs, especially harsh and aromatizable drugs. A single dose of the anabolic steroid results in an increase of total plasma testosterone with peak levels of approximately 70 nmol/l (Cmax) that are reached nearly 24-48hrs (tmax) after administration. On the other hand, plasma testosterone levels return to the lower limit of the normal range in males in nearly three weeks.

The recommended dose of Sustanon is 250 mg per week though some sportsmen even use this steroid in doses of 1000 mg per week. It should be administered by deep intramuscular injection. This anabolic compound is generally stacked with Anadrol, Trenbolone, and Winstrol or with Growth Hormone or Thyroxin during an anabolic steroid cycle of six to eight weeks. A post cycle therapy with Clomiphene, Tamoxifen, or Arimidex is highly recommended to restore the natural production of hormones. The elimination of Sustanon 250 usually takes place through the urine as conjugates of etiocholanolone and androsterone.

Sustanon doses should be adjusted after medical approval if the user is also being administered with enzyme-inducing agents or enzyme-inhibiting drugs as that may decrease or increase testosterone levels.

The steroid is not indicated to pregnant or lactating women or those who may become pregnant while using Sustanon. It is also not suggested to those with breast or prostate cancer or having an existing allergy to Sustanon’s active ingredient or any of its excipients, including arachis oil and should not be used by those allergic to soya or peanuts.

The abuse of Sustanon may cause fluid retention, hypertension, nausea, acne, gynecomastia, prostatic disorder, priapism (prolonged and painful erections), polycythemia, myalgia, pruritus, Depression, nervousness, mood disturbances, libido increase, and reduced libido. Sustanon 250 abuse may even cause migraine, epilepsy, high blood pressure, hypercalcaemia, depression, hair loss, impotency, testicular atrophy, kidney disorders, or heart problems. Long-term abuse of the steroid may result in health complications such as infertility, reduced sperm count, oily skin, acne, heart damage, fluid retention, shrinking of the testicles, and increased risk for breast and prostate cancer. When used or abused by women, it may cause virilization, harm to the fetus, clitoral enlargement, growth and development of male secondary sexual characteristics, and oily skin.

It is also contraindicated to people suffering with medical complications such as kidney disorders, migraine, epilepsy, high blood pressure, hypercalcaemia, or heart problems.

Sustanon is a prescription drug and should only be bought with a medical prescription though it can be purchased online with or without a prescription in different forms such as capsules, tablets, syrups, and injections. However, the significance of medical advice and prescription should never be disputed or neglected or delayed at any point of time.
